We Believe in Complete Transparency:

I am an artist and designer, not a manufacturer. Even the most famous of famous designers and design houses have a manufacturer either in-house or separate that they have contracted with to produce their designs as a tangible product. While my artwork and designs are hand-drawn, hand-painted or otherwise AI generated by me, using my own prompts, most of our items offered for purchase containing my artwork and designs in the Champagne Dreamzz shop are handmade by our production partner, Contrado, in the United Kingdom. They make all the handcrafted leathers, apparel and other accessory items offered for sale. Champagne Dreamzz researches and screens our production partners for the highest quality and the fairest manufacturing prices, so that our customers are presented with extreme quality at the best price. 

The Highest Quality: To be clear, our items are of the highest quality, handmade to order, made in our UK production partner's facility by experienced and skilled human hands that take extreme care in the printing, cutting, stitching, and painting of our leather goods and apparel products we offer. We do not "mass produce" any of our items.

Asian Suppliers: We do not do business with suppliers from Asia because of shipping times, labor and quality issues. Although there are many wonderful Asian craftspeople, and reputable suppliers, when you purchase from Champagne Dreamzz, we want you to receive your items in the least amount of time as humanly possible from our production partner, and you deserve the very best high quality items that we can offer without wondering if anyone was harmed or exploited in the process. We never take the risk of dealing with companies who exploit children for labor and shun any company that does.

Artwork: My artwork if done by paintbrush, pen or pencil is scanned and converted to a digital file. On all artwork, touch ups and any editing is done digitally in either Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Affinity Designer, or Affinity Photo then that file is assigned my copyright, and saved for a new design or for future uses.

Nurturing Art and Music from Childhood

Hello, I'm Amy Champagne, your artist and designer and owner of Champagne Dreamzz; I'm a native Floridian hailing from the quaint town of Oviedo Florida. of Scottish, Welsh, Scandinavian and Native American heritage. Raised amidst the lush landscapes of old Central Florida, I found solace and inspiration in the vibrant surroundings that would later shape my artistic journey. Now residing in North Central Florida, I continue to draw from the beauty of the region as I explore the depths of creativity.

From the earliest days of scribbling on the insides of book covers to the not so gentle strumming of guitar strings at the age of 12, art and music have been integral parts of my life. Growing up in Oviedo instilled in me a deep appreciation for nature and the arts, fueling my passion for creative expression.

Even as a kid, I found joy in bringing my imagination to life through art and music. Although I've had a life-long love affair with painting and drawing and other artistic mediums, selling my first pieces at the age of 15 gave me the confidence boost I needed to continue as an artist. Over the years, I've honed my skills in both traditional and digital mediums, finding inspiration in many different types of art, including the impressionists, the Art Nouveau movement of the late 1800's made famous by Alphonse Mucha, and the art of the 1960's folk rock scene from artists such as  Wes Wilson, Victor Moscoso, Alton Kelley, and the great Stanley Mouse who did many of the Grateful Dead's album covers.

 

Music, too, played a significant role in my formative years. As a rock guitarist of over forty-three years, I've had the privilege of fostering collaborative friendships with notable, esteemed, singer-songwriter musicians. These connections have enriched my musical journey, allowing me to weave melodies that resonate at least with me, but hopefully with the people around me when playing in intimate settings, and I'm satisfied with that; I've never needed a world stage.

While art and music have been constants in my life, my greatest joy is being a mom to my son who we will call “D”, who is now in his 3rd decade of life . It seems impossible that he's all grown up but D is my everything, and his presence in this life and my world brings meaning and purpose to my days. As I navigated the dual roles of artist and parent, I found inspiration in the simple moments shared with him when he was growing up, each one a reminder of the beauty and wonder of life itself.

 

Now, I spend everyday with my fur and feather family and we have a blast. They are so much fun and they each one bring so much joy to the household, even when joy is hard to find, they somehow always know where to look. 

Retirement in 2019 provided me with the opportunity to fully immerse myself in my creative passions once again. In 2021 I opened my first Etsy shop. Not really knowing what I wanted to sell, I decided on stationery because of  being able to draw and transfer my artwork into a digital file. This did really well and was a big hit with my audience. So I opened another in August of 2022. This store was Champagne Dreamzz' first phase to see what people really appreciated shopping for. The Etsy experience gave me enough confidence and momentum to establish my very own Champagne Dreamzz website! Some of the reviews you see here were imported from both my Etsy shops. I'm very proud to have served my customers well.

Now, each day brings new opportunities for exploration and growth, as I continue to weave together the threads of art and music into a tapestry of expression and emotion.
