Some art belongs on a wall. Some of it wants to come along for the adventure.

Champagne Dreamzz is a world of original art, storytelling and beautifully made objects designed to bring imagination into everyday life. Here, handbags, accessories and other pieces become more than useful things—they become little artifacts from a larger Realm, each carrying its own character, mood and story.

I have always believed art should be lived with, worn, carried, shared and enjoyed—not confined to a frame. That belief is at the heart of Champagne Dreamzz.

About Amy

Hello, I'm Amy Champagne, artist, designer, and owner of Champagne Dreamzz. I'm a native Floridian, hailing from the quaint town of Oviedo, Florida, with deep Melungeon heritage.

I grew up surrounded by the old Central Florida landscape—oak trees, wild places, changing skies and the kind of local character that tends to stay with you. Those surroundings, along with family stories, music, nature and the cultures woven through my heritage, continue to find their way into my work.

Art and music have been part of my life since childhood. I was drawing from the time I could hold a pencil, began playing guitar at twelve, and sold my first artwork at fifteen. Over the years I have worked in traditional and digital media, with influences ranging from Impressionism and Art Nouveau to the wonderfully expressive poster art surrounding the music culture of the 1960s and 1970s.

Music remains another language for me. I have been a guitarist for more than four decades, and the same things I love about music—rhythm, atmosphere, storytelling, surprise and emotion—often show up in my visual work as well.

Why Champagne Dreamzz

Champagne Dreamzz grew from a simple idea: everyday objects do not have to be ordinary.

A dragon can keep watch over a handbag. A hedgehog can arrive dressed for a garden party. Celtic forms can become guardians, roses can carry old stories, and a strawberry-loving dragon named Fresa can turn a leather bag into a character you feel as though you have met somewhere before.

The collections here are imagined as places within the Champagne Dreamzz Realm. The artwork tells the stories of those places, and the products become the things you might bring home from the journey.

That is why I design with story first. I want a piece to feel discovered rather than simply manufactured.

From Artwork to Finished Piece

My designs may begin with drawing, painting, digital illustration, photography, collage, or other digital creative processes. Traditional artwork is digitized when needed and developed using professional design software so it can become part of a finished product.

I also use AI-assisted imagery selectively as one of several creative tools. When I do, it begins with my own concepts and prompts and is developed, edited and incorporated into the finished Champagne Dreamzz design. I believe customers deserve to know how the work they are buying was created, so I would rather be clear about the process than hide the tools behind it.

I am the artist and designer, not the leatherworker or manufacturer. Many Champagne Dreamzz leather goods, apparel and accessories are produced for me by Contrado in the United Kingdom. Depending on the item and available materials, these pieces are made to order by skilled craftspeople who print, cut, stitch and finish the physical product that carries my artwork.

This partnership lets me concentrate on the part I love most—creating the worlds, characters, patterns and stories—while experienced makers turn those designs into tangible pieces you can actually use.
