RETURN, REFUND, DELIVERY & CANCELLATION POLICY
By doing business with Champagne Dreamzz by Amy Champagne aka ChampagneDreamzz.online, the website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Return Policy and agree to be bound to its conditions set herein:
This return policy is subject to conditions set by a production partner. This policy is also subject to conditions set by ChampagneDreamzz,shop, the website, or the Champagne Dreamzz Etsy shop, and the owner, Amy Champagne as declared herein.
For a smooth return and refund if applicable, you must adhere to the policies contained within this entire section.
𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐒 - DEFINITION
A production partner is defined as a third party service that aids in the printing and final production of any applicable item offered for sale by Champagne Dreamzz. Returns and refunds are subject to the requirements of the production partners. By doing business with Champagne Dreamzz, you, the customer, must acknowledge this, and must abide by the return and refund policies of Contrado Imaging, LTD as stated herein this section. Champagne Dreamzz will work with you for the best outcome from the partners, as your satisfaction is of the highest priority.
Please continue with the following terms if returning items handmade by Contrado, London and/or Champagne Dreamzz:
Change of mind aka buyer's remorse returns or exchanges for handmade/custom order or personalized goods and products are not accepted after 30 minutes of ordering the item. You have 30 minutes after ordering to cancel and you must contact ChampagneDreamzz.shop immediately to start the cancellation process.
Any handmade item, made by Champagne Dreamzz by Amy Champagne and not by a production partner, will not be accepted for return, refund or exchange for any reason. All handmade sales are final, no exceptions. This is solely because of the handmade nature of the item. Items such as this are not easily resold as they are made to order. Items not handmade by Champagne Dreamzz and sold by Champagne Dreamzz without production partner involvement may be returned for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.

1. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Our Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your order, we are determined to have each and every purchase result in a happy customer. Because everything at Contrado Imaging Ltd. is handmade, there is some potential for human error. Usually, our quality control department will pick this up and everything will be handled before your order is even dispatched. However, on the rare case that something does slip through, all you need to do is let us know. Take a look at the details below on how to do that:
If a product is faulty in any way, you can return it within 14 days. Contact ChampagneDreamzz.shop using the contact form, quoting your name and order number.
A customer service representative will then talk you through the returns procedure which can often be eased by providing a digital image of the fault (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support.
- In many cases, remedy action can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim is clear via email
- If the fault cannot be verified over email, you may need to return the item to us for inspection
- In that instance, a determination can then be made as to the state of the product
- Please do not send your products back to Contrado Imaging Ltd. without contacting ChampagneDreamzz.shop first at ChampagneDreamzz.shops@gmail.com. If you cannot reach ChampagneDreamzz customer service, then contact Contrado Imaging, LTD directly and speak to a team member at +1-6467129715 between Monday and Friday, from 6 AM to 2:30 PM EST.
May we remind you to review the terms that you agreed to at the time of purchase. These are available at any time on our website.
Please note we work in accordance with these provisions:

Non-Faulty Goods: We cannot accept returns of non-faulty goods because the products have been personalized or customized specifically for you.
- Faulty Goods:To return faulty goods you need to first contact a member of our Customer Services Team using the contact form.
We will only acknowledge returned goods if they are sent using Royal Mail 'Signed For' Recorded delivery so you have proof of delivery. You will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the products, although we will refund the postage at our discretion once the item in question is rechecked. If we are at fault, then we will reimburse Royal Mail 'Signed For' Recorded delivery postage costs.
It is only when we receive the item in its original state, that Contrado Imaging Ltd. will redo or recommend a remedy for a faulty item.
Please note: if the product is in an used condition, we will not be able to offer you a remedy for faulty workmanship where we may repair the item. Where there is a minor fault, we may suggest an alternative remedy.
Our Refund Policy
Before you receive your items - Things don’t always go to plan, and we know that. That’s why we wait 30 minutes after you place your order before we start making it. Within these 30 minutes, you are welcome to contact us if you wish to edit or if you change your mind. If you have any questions about your order or have any doubts about your design get in touch with our friendly customer service team who will be more than happy to help. Within these 30 minutes, if you contact us to cancel the order, we will be able to issue a full refund.
When you place an order with Contrado Imaging Ltd. through Champagne Dreamzz by Amy Champagne or through any of Contrado's trading names, it’s not just a product that you are purchasing, but a service as well. We handmake every product and personalize it to order, so as soon as we start production of your bespoke items, we have already invested into the ink, transfer paper, materials and the workforce time specifically for your order. This means that if you wish to cancel after the production of your order has begun, we would be unable to offer a full refund, however alternative options will be discussed with you and a partial refund may be possible. A customer service team member will be able to advise further.
No matter what, we will always be able to help you. Contact our amazing customer service team and have a chat with them if you have any issues with your order, whether it is before or after we have started production.
After you receive your items - We want you to be happy with your order, and if for any reason you’re not, please do let us know. We value your feedback. As all products are personalized to order, these are never re-saleable, which means that there are some things you need to check before you’ve placed your order, as we won’t be able to do anything about them afterwards.

Check Text - If there is text in your design then check the spelling of everything before you submit. We don’t personally check every word that comes through and cannot be held responsible for any spelling errors that are featured in your design.

Check Sizes –Every page has details on the sizing of a product (especially clothing – which comes with a full size-chart) so make sure that you order in the right size. Check body measurements if you need to rather than using the size range as it is more accurate. If you have any questions please contact us, we do everything we can to make sure you have all the information you need to be able to order the right size.
Because of the personalized nature of the products that you order with Champagne Dreamzz.shop through Contrado Imaging Ltd., we look at each and every order on a case by case basis. We will always do everything within our power to find a solution to remedy the situation, as your satisfaction is so important to us.
If you wish to raise any concern within 14 days of receiving your order, please use our contact form and provide your order number and a short summary along with pictures. Our dedicated team will get back to you on average within 12 working hours. As per law, the goods cannot be returned because they were made according to your specifications or were personalized by you. We may, at our discretion, look into other solutions.
2. NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Our Return & Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel your contract for the purchase of a non-personalized product, if you notify us of the cancellation no longer than 14 days after the day following the day on which the product is delivered. You must return the unused non-personalized product to us within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation, and you must pay for the return of the unused non-personalized product to our nominated address.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Manufacturer faults cover scratches on the product, stitching issues and hemming issues. We, the manufacturer, will decide what falls under manufacturer faults.
All orders made through wholesale accounts are regarded as Business to Business contracts and are not covered by Consumer rights act as wholesale accounts are regarded as businesses. Businesses cannot expect a legal remedy in respect to fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage, or if they decide that they no longer want the item.
3. CANCELLATIONS
Within 30 minutes - We wait 30 minutes after you place your order before we start making it. Within these 30 minutes, you are welcome to contact us if you wish to edit or if you change your mind. If you have any questions about your order or have any doubts about your design get in touch with our friendly customer service team using our contact form. They will be more than happy to help and can offer a full refund.
After 30 minutes - Every product is handmade to order, and 30 minutes after we receive your order, we start production of your items. We have already invested into the ink, transfer papers, materials and the workforce time specifically for your order. This means that if you wish to cancel after 30 minutes of placing the order, a mandatory 20% charge will incur.
𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐒:
- Refunds are NOT guaranteed. All returns and refunds are subject to the production partners' approval and return and refund policies and or the approval and return and refund policies of Contrado, London and Champagne Dreamzz
- Returns are not accepted for handmade/custom made or personalized items. There are exceptions in extreme cases where a refund is involved. This is handled on a case by case basis. Replacements and refunds are handled on a case by case basis.
- Refunds will NOT be issued without returning the item in question in any situation, under any circumstance, either to Champagne Dreamzz at the address directed in communication or to a production partner at the address directed in communication if it is requested to be returned by and to the applicable production partner.
- Otherwise, if the production partner does not request the item to be returned, the customer MUST return the physical item to Champagne Dreamzz at the address directed in the communication with the customer.
- Dependent upon all the requirements and conditions of this Return Policy being met, if the customer has requested and been approved for a refund for a return item, refunds will be processed within 5 to 14 business days, excluding federal holidays and weekends.
- You will be notified via email when the refund has been issued. The refund will be issued to the same payment method initially used to pay for the item, NO EXCEPTIONS.
𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:
- You do not have the right to cancel products that are personalized as the products have been made to your specific requirements. However, for personalized products ordered from our site we allow a 30-minute period in which you can either amend or cancel your order.
- This 30 minutes begins from when you receive your confirmation email or when you see the order summary “Thank you, your order is confirmed” or similar language on your screen. After this time period your order will enter our production workflow and cannot be changed.
- The manufacturer is located in Great Britain in the United Kingdom. As per English law, the goods cannot be returned because they were made according to your specifications or were personalized by you.
- In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
- Cancellations MUST be made before 30 minutes of the order being submitted is up.
- Requests for cancellation after 30 minutes will not be honored. Your order will be processed and sent.
- If by chance you could not cancel your purchase within 30 minutes and you need to return the NON-PERSONSONALIZED item after it is received, contact us immediately at the time of the purchase to make prearrangements for return. The 14-day rule as described in the previous sections of this policy applies after the item is received.
- This policy is in place because of the personal, handmade nature of the items. Production starts after 30 minutes of the order being received by Champagne Dreamzz, and the images, the inks and the materials have already been procured and are in use for production.
𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐒 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐄𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐃/𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐃:
- If after (25 days), and you have not received your item, it will be considered as lost in transit, a replacement or refund will be processed.
- The customer MUST wait 25 days and contact us no later than 30 days, or forfeit the right to a refund or a lost in transit replacement.
- Any items marked as DELIVERED by the shipping carrier will not be replaced or refunded by ChampagneDreamzz.shop. The production partner, Contrado Imaging, LTD, London/USA must be contacted to work this out as they are the party that makes and ships your item.
- If an item is missing when you receive your delivery, you must contact the manufacturer/production partner as they are the party who is responsible for packing and shipping your items. Their information would be in the contents of the package or on the delivery label. If by chance you cannot find the production partner's information, contact Champagne Dreamzz at ChampagneDreamzz.Shops@gmail.com or via Etsy messages. Or contact the production partner at https://www.contrado.com/contact and use their live chat to talk/text to/with a real person or call directly at +1-6467129715 Monday through Friday, from 6 AM to 2:30 PM EST. You must have your order number.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS:
- Champagne Dreamzz reserves the right, without prejudice, to terminate, cancel, or not accept and order, a return, or issue a refund, for any order, for any reason, without prejudice.
- We may terminate your order without notice at our sole discretion. We will refund any money due in such a circumstance.
- Champagne Dreamzz reserves the right to accept or not accept an order or a return and or issue or not issue a refund under any circumstance with or without explanation to the purchaser/requestor.
- The customer has the right to appeal their case of refusal to ChampagneDreamzz.shop or to Etsy support if the purchase was made on the Etsy e-commerce platform.
- You do not have the right to cancel products that are personalized as the products have been made to your specific requirements. However, for personalized products ordered from our site we allow a 30-minute period in which you can either amend or cancel your order.

𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐒, 𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐅𝐑𝐀𝐔𝐃 & 𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐒:
Champagne Dreamzz does not tolerate scams or the perpetuators of scams. We take the fraudulent actions of scammers very seriously and will employ and execute all lawful and legal avenues to prosecute scammers. A scammer can be sure of the following:

Scammers will not be accommodated under any circumstances.

Scammers' threats will not be ignored.

Any threats of any type of harm, physical or otherwise by a customer, will be reported to applicable law enforcement agencies and charges will be filed for the purpose of prosecution. No exceptions

All customer emails & messenger communications with champagnedreamzz.online and Champagne Dreamzz' Etsy shop are documented.

If a purchase or the request for a return and or a refund is suspect or proven a fraudulent scam, the customer will not be accommodated in any way shape or form and the customer will be blacklisted and blocked from any further communication or from purchasing anything on this Champagne Dreamzz e-commerce storefront, or on Champagne Dreamzz Etsy shop with or without explanation. Applicable law enforcement agencies will be contacted and charges will be filed for criminal prosecution.
