- Our products are fulfilled in, and shipped from the UK and may require local customs and duty charges, which are beyond our control. These charges are based on the customs laws of the receiving territory or country. We are not obliged to indemnify such costs should they arise, and they will become a matter for the recipient to reconciliate.
- Please allow 15 days to receive your items as shipping times from the UK will vary due to local customs and holidays. You may contact Champagne Dreamzz for resolution after 15 days. In most cases, the product will be replaced or refunded if it is deemed as lost in transit.
